Marc-John & Erika Huarcaya

Cross-Cultural Bridge-Building for the Harmonization of Humanity

Marc-John and Erika Huarcaya are the visionary co-founders of Native Wisdom Hub, an organization dedicated to restoring sacred ways of being in the modern world. Together, they weave ancestral wisdom with contemporary life, creating spaces for deep learning, healing, and connection.

Marc-John is a ceremonial leader, teacher, and advocate for indigenous wisdom traditions. His work bridges worlds—drawing from his own roots and lived experience cross-cultural facilitation to help others reconnect to land, community, and heart. With a background in language interpreting, entrepreneurship, shamanism, and anthropology, he holds powerful containers for individual and collective transformation.

Erika, a Peruvian-born guardian of ancestral cacao traditions, carries the spirit of the Andes in all her work. As a ceremonial leader and teacher, she draws from her lineage and lifelong exposure to Andean Chanka spirituality to guide others in reconnecting to heart, community, and the Earth. Her presence is a living bridge between indigenous wisdom and the modern world.

Together, they lead retreats, trainings, and programs that empower individuals to reclaim their connection to nature, purpose, ceremony, and reciprocal living. Their mission is to co-create a world where ancestral wisdom is honoured, indigenous populations are included, sacred plants are protected, and all beings thrive in right relationship.

Through Native Wisdom Hub, Marc-John and Erika invite others to join them in remembering who we truly are—stewards of Earth, keepers of tradition, and co-creators of a new story of evolution for these times.
